Big sis was already sleeping, but I got to meet them when they arrived Tuesday night!

First week without Daddy at home

This is the first week for Mommy to be with both of us without Daddy. Yesterday wasn't too bad because Daddy was able to come home a little earlier after a business trip, but tonight was a different story. Though Mommy has help through a part time nanny during the day, and though she got through today well enough, at 7:40 PM we decided to turn things up a notch. First Luca started with the crying - no apparent reason since she was fed and diaper changed 3 times. She woke up Loren, and Loren cried at full throttle in no time flat. Mommy didn't lose it, though... But there are plenty more nights ahead!

Went in for my 2 week check up today - doc says I'm pretty healthy! I gained a pound since my first visit 2 weeks ago. Mommy says that's a good sign.

Lunch outing!

The four of us went out for lunch. I had chicken fingers and fries with a hot mustard dipping sauce. It was really spicy and I cried, but I couldn't stop eating it! Mommy & Daddy had to take it away.

Luca slept the entire time in the stroller, so I didn't have to share my food with her.

We all made it to church, and Loren even got to the nursery. But between Loren's "wet" accident and Luca wanting to eat again, the parents didn't make it to the actual service! A great trial run getting to church with two kids, though!

This park has a playground just for kids my size! I had so much fun going up and down the slide by myself, riding the seesaw with new friends and being pushed on the swings! I hope we come back soon!
